To help you get rolling, TCFCU is kicking off our Second Annual Scholarship Program by presenting a $1,000 award this spring. All applicants must be a TCFCU member in good standing, receive their high school diploma or GED in 2010, have a current grade point average of 2.5 or higher, and submit all pertaining materials to TCFCU by Thursday, April 1, 2010.

As part of our scholarship application process, a 500 – 1,000 word essay is required on the topic “Credit Unions: How Our Cooperative Philosophy Makes a Difference & Why That Difference Makes Total Choice Your First Choice”. Applicants will be provided with valuable online resources for their research. All scholarship guidelines, eligibility requirements, resources and an application are available at www.totalchoicefcu.com.

Students who live in St. Charles, St. John and St. James Parishes and are not yet members may join Total Choice FCU and apply for our scholarship at the same time.
