Online Banking Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Communication
Total Choice FCU updated the Online Banking Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Thursday May 14th, 2015.
As Total Choice FCU is committed to providing the most effective and secure operating environment for home banking, it is necessary for us to update the hardware, database and MFA configuration. All online banking members will be required to re-enroll in MFA upon first log in after the update. The re-enrollment will ONLY change your security questions, answers, image and phrase. Your User Id and password will NOT be changed. Please follow the steps below to re-enroll:
- Clear all session cookies from your device. Not doing this could cause older site cookies to be used and generate misleading displays or errors
- Select 3 new questions in the drop downs provided. You may see previously selected questions and they can be reused, with the same answer.
- Select a new image and passphrase. This can also be the same information that was previously entered.
Once the enrollment is complete, log in processes will be normal.
