We’re glad you decided to join our credit union! Federal regulations require us to verify certain information about you before we can complete your application. Here’s what we need:

One Primary ID (ask us what we accept for minors)

  • Unexpired government-issued picture ID

One Secondary ID

  • Another unexpired government-issued picture ID

  • Social security card

  • Voter registration card

  • Birth certificate

  • Credit/bank card

  • Marriage certificate

  • Company ID

  • School ID

Proof of Address (required if you do not use the address listed on your ID, or if your ID does not provide an address)

  • We will need a copy of a utility, insurance, or other bill showing your name and current address

Please ask us for assistance if you do not have any of the forms of ID listed above. We may be able to accept other items.
