Nominees must reside in St. Charles, St. James, or St. John Parish. One family will be selected. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.

*Total Choice will provide the food items for the selected family to prepare their own Thanksgiving meal. Cooking and preparation of the meal will be the responsibility of the recipient family.
